Seiler, Singleton & Associates, PA began over 35 years ago, with the establishment of Barry L. Gutfeld & Associates, PA in 1981. The firm was owned and operated by Mr. Gutfeld until 1994 when he was succeeded by Dennis Seiler. The merger of these two firms created a diverse, robust, public accounting firm. That experience has been passed down to the firm's current principals, David Singleton, CPA and Nancy (Beth) Yates, CPA.
Today, we continue to offer a range of accounting services including financial and retirement planning, bookkeeping, payroll services, and tax return preparation for businesses, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations.

Beth joined Seiler, Singleton & Associates, PA in 2006 as a staff accountant and became a principal in 2015.
As a firm principal, Beth is involved in all aspects of the firm and currently oversees our bookkeeping and payroll services.
Mariann grew up on a farm and family run business in Martin County.
In 1986, Mariann earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Concentration in Accounting from UNC-Chapel Hill, followed by Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University in 1993.
