After obtaining a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas in Austin in 1975, he worked with Ernst and Ernst (now Ernst and Young LLP) for two years, and has spent most of his career in public accounting. As a founding partner with the firm, Ron enjoys serving clients of all sizes across a variety of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, start up industries, and high net worth individuals.
