Khaira was employed with a large public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche, LLP, for five years prior to choosing to stay home with her children.
During her time at home over the those three years, she built a small consistent tax client base.
Additionally, she has provided small business bookkeeping for various clients.
Lastly, Khaira has volunteered her accounting experience for the Sauvie Island Academy Parent Teacher Club (a non-profit organization) treasury position, including tax compliance and other related accounting needs.
