I uploaded each tax document into the portal as I received them.
After my scheduled appointment, everything was in the portal waiting for my payment, E-Signatures and filing.
It was a definite pleasure working with Northwest Accounting and Tax Service again this year.
My rating would actually be a 4.9 because my only complaint is not significant.
I understand everyone is busy during tax season, but when I submit documents and questions through the new portal, I would like some indication of the documents and/or questions had been acknowledged in some way or at least some timeline for such an acknowledgement.
