In 1995, he received a Master of Divinity degree from the Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia.
Mifflin served as the lead pastor in three congregations, and he also served as a private school chaplain and an assistant pastor at a large church.
Mifflin has served in areas spanning Texas including Llano, San Antonio, Texas City, and Katy.
With this experience and by serving on nonprofit boards, Mifflin has developed a deep understanding and expertise in nonprofit bookkeeping and financial practices, and he has a passion for helping nonprofits and Christian organizations and ministries.
