Mr. Steadman has 20 years experience in public accounting and over 25 years income tax experience.
Mr. Steadman's practice includes a variety of entity formations including, but not limited to, sole proprietors, corporations, and partnerships for various types of clients including, but not limited to, restaurants, retail businesses, hospitality, retirement housing, residential, commercial and other real estate, and oil & gas.

Mr. Faulkner's roles consisted of facilitating treasury management and overseeing investor and management reporting.
Prior thereto, Mr. Faulkner was a managing partner and co-founder of ForeVista, LLC, a real estate and oil and gas consulting firm, which provided asset acquisition, development and management, exit strategies, investor reporting, and consulting services to various entities, including Fortune 500 companies and municipalities.
