Kim, a native to Seattle, graduated from Western Washington University in 1999 with her B.A. in accounting. After graduation, Kim worked several years at McGladrey & Pullen performing compilations, audits and reviews for various types of businesses, in addition to assisting clients with tax compliance and planning. Kim later spent several years at Pacific Northwest Bank and Vulcan in their respective financial reporting departments.
Missing the challenges offered in public accounting as well as diverse client interaction, Kim left Vulcan and started MAS in 2006. Jon is also native to Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1997, Jon began practicing public accounting at Arthur Andersen, working primarily with large real estate partnerships and wireless companies.
Jon has since worked for several local firms, helping professional service organizations, closely held businesses, entertainers, real estate enterprises and high net-worth individuals. He joined Kim in early 2010, and has fourteen years of public accounting experience.
