Upon graduation and subsequent arrival in Tampa, Tim began his career in public accounting in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche.
Over the next 5 years, he provided tax as well as audit services to corporate clients throughout the Tampa Bay area with a few firms.
In 1993, he joined the Tampa office of an international recruiting firm as a recruiter specializing in the search & placement of financial professionals.
