Unlike so many other tax preparers or national tax preparation chains with little or no training, we operate out of our homes, in your neighborhood, and do not pass on the overhead costs of running an office. Tim Phelan holds a Bachelors and Masters in Finance from IIT and Loyola University of Chicago, respectively. Tim also is a CPA, a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
