Services
Way back to 1988 when Wayne Paul hired a green young man named James Phipps, still in college working on his accounting degree.
That was the beginning of a very rewarding relationship that has lasted and endured these many years.
Just ask either one of them to tell you how they met.
They will be happy to oblige.
In the many years that have gone by our firm has enabled many young people to achieve their career goals.
We are firm believers in mentoring our young people and offer paid internships each year.
While serving the tax, financial planning and accounting needs of individual, professional, not-for-profit entities, and corporate clientele, Mr. Paul focused on small business accounting, planning, and auditing.
The majority of his 50-year career, he has studied and focused on tax litigation and IRS negotiations.
Because of his expertise, he has assisted taxpayers in more than twenty states.
Wayne has also served as an expert witness in the courts, including a very significant Federal case in Nevada dealing with the use of gold and silver coin contracts as a medium of exchange.
