Natalya is the Founder and CEO of Capital Accounting Advisory. She has over ten years of specialized technical accounting experience which she developed while serving as a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG LLP and working as a Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy for a real estate investment trust. While at KPMG LLP, Natalya served a variety of not-for-profit organizations with revenues ranging from $150K to over $2 billion.
In her most recent role as the Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy, Natalya spearheaded successful implementation of complex accounting standards including Leases (ASC 842) and CECL (ASC 326).
Today, Natalya and CAA help private and public companies as well as not-for-profit organizations navigate through a complex world of technical accounting by providing technical accounting solutions, assisting with new accounting standard implementations, and working side-by-side with clients as subject matter experts during annual audits and quarterly reviews.
