Charter Power Systems - Todd joined this company as their Corporate Controller and finalized the accounting aspects of a leveraged buyout from Allied Signal before overseeing the Initial Public Offering taking the company public as a stand-alone entity.
Nutri/System - Joined the company as the Joint Venture Controller overseeing joint ventures throughout the United States and Canada, then becoming International Controller as the company expanded internationally to England and Australia.

While attending Drexel University in pursuit of her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance, Christina had an internship at Ernst & Young, which was her first exposure to Public Accounting.
