They are very pleasant, and no task is too much for them. They are headquartered in Pittsburgh staffed by local accountants. This affords us additional comfort as we can meet up with local representatives when the need arises. There is often a stigma attached to outsourcing and the resulting quality of work, but I was pleased with Integra's quick response and well-presented accounts.
