Services
Since the Firm's inception we have strived to establish a leadership position within the public sector community by providing excellent accounting and business consulting services with the highest degree of professionalism.
Members of our staff have had the opportunity to serve on numerous federal contracting groups and committees including the American Bar Association (ABA) Federal Healthcare Contracting Committee, the ABA Public Contract Law Section and the FEHBP Cost Accounting Steering Committee.
On a day to day basis, depending on the client's business needs or challenge our team brings working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Cost Accounting Standards, DCAA Guidance, 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (otherwise known as Uniform Guidance) and NIH Grants Policy and Guidance in addition to the specific rules of entitlement programs.
We identify and find solutions to and accounting and contract and grant compliance challenges before the government can assert a negative opinion, help you define the best business methodology to allocate costs to government awards, settle adverse government findings as quickly as possible, prepare required submittals intended to maximize recovery and assist your team in creating winning proposals.
Since our Firm's inception our core business has been the analysis and application of cost allocation practices.
The foundation of these services is the development of indirect cost rates that meet the cost recovery goals of our clients and the compliance requirements surrounding publicly funded contracts.
For both new awardees and the experienced organization, this process can be challenging and complex and can divert critical resources from ongoing operations.
We have extensive experience preparing provisional and final indirect costs rates, long and short-form facilities and administrative (F&A) cost rates, and incurred cost submissions on behalf of our clients.
Our assurance services practice is principally focused on delivering auditing and attestation services to private and not-for-profit clients within the public sector market.
The Firm is presently registered and licensed with the State Boards of Accountancy in Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Our assurance services practice is designed with a specific focus towards specialized attestation services to assist clients in advancing their risk management and mitigation efforts, and improving internal controls and overall business processes.
Our professionals have extensive experience providing litigative consultant services which have often led to the development of expert reports and expert witness testimony.
Contract disputes and alleged violations of procurement laws often require specialized support, including accounting services and legal representation.
We provide dispute resolution and litigation support services to organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
We have worked in conjunction with many of the law firms that routinely appear on behalf of clients before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA), The General Services Board of Contract Appeals (GSBCA), the Federal Court of Claims, as well as private mediators.
