After accepting a year internship with the Xerox Copy Company in Tampa, Florida, where I learned the "ins and outs" of the company, I wrote training materials and helped implement Xerox's "going paperless" program.
After Xerox, I returned to Kansas where I joined Altatec Biotechnologies in Manhattan, Kansas, a subsidiary of the Swiss company Camlog Biotechnologies.
I worked closely with Drs.
Axel Kirsch and R. David Sager gaining experience with many levels of corporate bookkeeping, audits, payroll, tax management services, financial projections and forecasts, finance advising, QuickBooks accounting, cash flow, and budgeting.
