Phillip was born in Radford, VA.
He attended Christiansburg High School and graduated in 1989.
Phillip graduated from National Business College with an Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting in 1994.
He then continued his education at Radford University completing a Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 1997.
Phillip has worked in public accounting since 1998 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2001.
When he is not working on your taxes or other services, he enjoys watching sports, playing strategy games with friends, and spending time with family.
