After visiting Siskiyou County in 1970, Julie's family moved to Yreka, California permanently when her father retired from the Navy.
Julie graduated form Yreka Highschool in 1978 and moved to Medford, Oregon to pursue an education at Trend Business College where she obtained a Certificate of Office Administration. In 1989 Julie moved back to Yreka to raise her children and further her education and career goals. She began her employment with Pro-Tax in 1994 where she gained substantial knowledge of the Tax process.
In 2007, Julie graduated from the University of Pheonix's Accounting Program with an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Julie's passion is helping people and she has assisted countless individuals and businesses in Northern California.
