Prior to Crossland & Associates, he was Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of Grant Thornton, . Mr. Crossland is on the board of Telecu Industries, where he is chairman of the audit, finance, and acquisition committees.
Mr. Crossland earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Crossland is co-founder of Crossland & Associates, providing interim CFO, forensic accounting, solvency analysis, valuation and receivership services.
Previously, Mr. Crossland was acting Manager in the Tax Practice of Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles.
Mr. Crossland earned a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Crossland is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a real estate brokers license.
Robert Payne has over 20 years experience in executive management, private equity, investment banking, Big 4 public accounting, and management consulting.
Mr. Payne joined Crossland & Associates in 2009, providing receivership services.
Prior to Crossland & Associates, Mr. Payne was a Partner at Element Capital, a private equity firm.
Previously, Mr. Payne was a Managing Director of TWAssociates Capital, a national merchant banking firm; a Managing Director at SVB Securities, the investment banking arm of Silicon Valley Bank; a Vice President at EVEREN Securities (now Wells Fargo); and a Senior Consultant in the corporate finance practice of Ernst & Young.
