Herb began his career in 1991 working in a small accounting firm and the private sector.
He joined GS& Co. in 1997 as a staff accountant, advancing quickly through the ranks, and became a shareholder of the firm in 2001.
With over 25 years of experience, Herb provides accounting and audit, as well as corporate and individual tax services to a diverse client base in multiple industries including construction, real estate development, manufacturing, distribution and professional services.
Herb is a hands on practitioner, who in addition to providing the requisite accounting and tax compliance services, also provides in-depth business and management consulting.

David oversees the firm's tax practice and specializes in providing income, estate planning and compliance services for high net worth individuals as well as business clients.
David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts.
David is also a contributor to News12 Long Island, Newsday and WLNY TV 10/55.

George Victor oversees the firm's A&A practice and is the Director of Quality Control.
He is responsible for formulating the firm's accounting and auditing policies, monitoring compliance with professional regulatory standards, technical research, review of completed engagements, and oversight of the firm's professional education program.
He is also involved in implementing new accounting and auditing standards within the firm and in providing guidance on audit, accounting and financial reporting issues.
