Lively & Bair CPAs, P.S. Inc. (Formerly known as Knutson, Trolson & Fargher, P.S. Inc.), one of the oldest Certified Public Accounting firms in the state of Washington, was started in 1956 when Fred Knutson purchased the local branch office from the Seattle firm of Michaelson, Singer.
In 1968 Roger Trolson joined Fred and a partnership was formed.
This partnership continued until 1974 when Brian Knutson joined his father and Roger in the partnership.
The following year, 1975, Robert Fargher joined the ownership group.
