We have always committed ourselves to providing high quality personalized services to all of our business and personal clients. As I begin my 43rd year in business, I assure you that my firm will work harder than ever to continue this commitment. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. I began my career after graduating with distinction from Babson College in 1975 with a BS in Accounting.
For 3 years I worked in the field of public accounting as a staff accountant for a small CPA firm. My primary focus was in individual taxation and small business consulting. In 1978 I became the Corporate Controller for a large manufacturer of heavy construction equipment. That same year I began to build a small individual income tax practice. In 1983 I resigned my position as Controller in order to pursue my practice on a full time basis.
Today my practice consists of over 350 Corporate, Partnership and Individual clients. All of my individual clients are either self-employed or high net worth individuals with complex tax issues.

All of the clocks that you see in this picture are "slave clocks" that receive an impulse each minute from a "master clock".
The electric impulse advances the clock exactly 1 minute.
This is why they are all perfectly in sync.
Most of these clocks would have been in school classrooms or office buildings.
The double sided clocks were used in school or hospital corridors.

On the left is my Radio Shack EC-100 (c: 1973) that I got as a Sophmore in College.
I wanted the top of the line Bowmar 901B but my father bought me this cheaper Radio Shack version.
Today this EC-100 is a highly sought after collectible.
On the right is my first printing calculator-The Texas Instruments TI-5050 (c: 1975).
This historic calculator with its quiet thermal printer was the first hand held calculator to print in a "parallel" manner.
My cousin John and I built 10 exact reproduction George Hatch "Keyhole" clocks during 2009.
