Ronnie also serves as Chatham County's public administrator.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
