With over 10 years in public accounting, Michael has a wide array of experience working with high net worth individuals, privately held pass-through entities, trusts & estates, and gift taxes. He assists clients with income tax planning and compliance, complex business transactions from merger/acquisitions to generational gift transfers, as well as conflict resolution with state and federal taxing authorities.
Michael is a graduate of East Carolina University, and North Carolina native. He is a member of the NC Association of CPA's. Outside the office Michael enjoys time with his wife and two sons.
