Perrin Tax and Accounting Services was started in 2017 and since then we have grown considerably in the North Alabama area.

Because our office is smaller than the traditional Tax and Accounting firms, we maintain close and open relationships with each of our clients.

Robert Perrin, a Massachusetts native started to learn how to do his own bookkeeping back in 1998, with his Rental Properties and then later on his 38 room Hotel Business in Massachusetts, that he has owned and operated with his wife Quennie.
After selling his Hotel business in 2013, he decided that it was time for a change of scenery, he always wanted to live in the "South" so his family of four decided to make the trek from the "North" to the "South" and Settled in the Hazel Green, AL area and is so blessed that they made that decision to enjoy the life in the "South".

Dara (Plouffe) Griswold, a Massachusetts native currently residing just over the line in Connecticut, works at Old Sturbridge Village and Old Sturbridge Academy Charter Public School since 2008 in the Accounting Department as a Senior Accountant / Analyst.
Dara enjoys helping people and seeing people be very successful with their businesses and has joined Perrin Tax and Accounting Services, Inc. to continue with helping people become more successful with their businesses.
Outside the office Dara enjoys her time with her boyfriend, children and their dog, visiting the beach, coaching her daughters Elite Softball team, playing a little softball of her own and watching her kids play Ice Hockey, Lacrosse and Softball.
