Jim is also responsible for the overall management of the firm. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Buffalo Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He lives in Falconer, New York, with his wife Jeanne. They have two children Elizabeth Hirz, a Deputy District Attorney in Erie, Pennsylvania, and Emily, a physical education and health teacher at Falconer Central School.
Harold L. Brunacini, CPA, a 1989 graduate of SUNY at Fredonia, joined the firm of James W. Vanstrom, CPA, as a staff accountant in 1990. In 1994, he joined as a partner with James W.
