When Marie is not busy crunching numbers, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs. She is involved with her church and serves on the steering committee for the Center for Women's Ministry (a 100% FREE counseling service for all women). Accounts Receivable - Coding, posting of cash receipts & sales, invoicing, statements, reconciling, reporting, light collections by phone and mail as needed and maintaining customer master files.
Accounts Payable - Coding, posting, billpay with explicit approval, reconciling, reporting and maintaining vendor master files.
Retroactive Bookkeeping- If your books are in arrears and need back months of bookkeeping performed.
This is performed on an hourly basis.
We will process your payroll for you, or process and enter from a third party of your choice.
