She spent fourteen years with Hoffman's Chocolate Shoppes, a multi-million dollar confectionery manufacturing company in Palm Beach County as Accounting and Office Manager and later as Operations and Human Resources Manager.
During this time she successfully transferred accounting from an outside CPA firm to an internal accounting system, researched & implemented inventory control, cash register and scale system, and implemented company-wide policies, procedures, management and employee training programs.
