The Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants is the state professional organization for certified public accountants who are principally employed or reside in Tennessee. The society's membership is comprised of nearly 10,000 members in industry, government, business, education and public accounting.

With more than 100 years of service to the accounting profession, TSCPA acts on behalf of its members and provides support, enabling its members to perform quality professional services while serving the public interest.The mission of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants is to enhance the success of our members through service, support and advocacy.

Services
A 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, the Educational & Memorial Foundation of TSCPA was established in 1978 to receive tax-deductible contributions to support our scholarship program for promising accounting students.
Over the past 27 years, the scholarship program has awarded more than $4 million to more than 3,000 students, making it one of the largest among all state CPA societies.
Funded by contributions from professionals like you, the scholarship program is critical to the continued development of the CPA profession in Tennessee, supporting deserving students who are pursuing accounting degrees across the state.

For the busy CPA, online learning provides an excellent alternative to traditional classroom seminars.
Online learning offers the opportunity to earn CPE credit at your convenience in a variety of different formats.
The On Demand Video Library includes all of TSCPA's on demand video courses.
Courses range from one (1) to three (3) CPE credit hours and are available 24 hours a day.
Take a course early in the morning or late at night, and start and stop the videos at your convenience.
It couldn't be easier.
TSCPA's on-site training program provides top-quality professional development programs at the location of your choice.
We will work with you to create customized, cost-effective programs that focus on the topics you need - whether it's one particular course or an entire year's curriculum.
Just choose the date, location and topic, and TSCPA will do the rest.
TSCPA will handle all administrative aspects of the event, including finding an instructor, providing materials and sponsoring CPE credit.
These exams are offered at no charge to TSCPA members!
Once you've processed your cart, the exam will be available on your My CPE page.
You must answer 7 of the 10 questions correctly to receive 1 hour of Professional Development CPE credit.
You will be allowed to take the exam up to three times.
Once you've successfully passed the exam, the "Print Certificate" link will become available within 24 hours where you can print your certificate of attendance for your records.
For TSCPA members, the CPE earned for successfully completed Journal exams will also be recorded in your CPE Tracker.
