Nicole Stanforth holds a degree from the University of Cincinnati and worked ten years as a Full Charge Bookkeeper before starting her own business. Nicole now works with both Small Businesses and Non-Profits. Bookaholic Bookkeeping is committed to helping owners have financial information they can understand. We believe owners can who receive and understand their financials make the best financial decisions for their company or organization.

When she's not deep in books, (both financial and literary) Nicole Stanforth can be found around Anderson Township with her daughter's Girl Scout troop, participating in events at her church in Clifton, or volunteering with Compassionate Communication of Greater Cincinnati. She is a Mental Health Advocate. Nicole leads the Side With Love team for the Out Of The Darkness Walk, which benefits the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

She also participates in the annual NAMI walk and Hunger 5K. Nicole loves taking nature hikes with her family and playing cards.

Our most popular option, this package offers payroll for up to 10 employees AND we take care of making sure your Federal, State, and Local taxes are filed and paid.
We'll take care of your Federal & State Unemployment Tax filings as well.
Payroll processing for up to 20 employees including everything in Enhanced Payroll PLUS withholding for Benefit Plans and filing Workman's Compensation Insurance.
Your business is pretty straight forward- you provide the customer with a service, they pay you, and you give them a receipt.

We will set you up with the QuickBooks version that works best for you and customize it for your unique needs.
You also receive two hours of QuickBooks training and free phone support for one month.
Cash flow can be hard when you're first starting out, so at this level we offer two monthly payments of only $199.00.
Your business is a little more involved; you may offer estimates and invoices to your customers, collect sales tax, and may have an account set up with your vendors or a business line of credit.
With only two monthly payments of $199, we'll not only offer our Basic Service, but also directly collaborate with your CPA and/or Tax Preparer to make tax time super easy for you.
We'll take care of a bunch of other stuff too- adjusting entries, confirm Accounts Payable & Receivable, estimate your bad debt expense, prepare 1099 filings, reconcile cash receipts, AND provide a Statement of Cash Flows.
