Tony has over 30 years of audit and accounting experience servicing numerous industry types, with a strong expertise in the Massachusetts municipal government sector.
A graduate of Bentley University in 1984, he chose to join Touche Ross and Company (one of the eight largest accounting firms in the world at the time).
A few years later in 1988, as a founding partner of Tucci and Roselli, Tony began laying the foundation, of what would eventually become Roselli, Clark & Associates.
He is the firm's Managing Partner.
A graduate of Bentley University in 1984, he chose to join Touche Ross and Company (one of the eight largest accounting firms in the world at the time).
A few years later in 1988, as a founding partner of Tucci and Roselli, Tony began laying the foundation, of what would eventually become Roselli, Clark & Associates.
He is the firm's Managing Partner.
Chad has over 20 years of audit and accounting experience servicing the firm's core industries.
Originally from Vermont, he joined the firm in 1996 upon completion of his graduate studies at State University of New York Albany and his undergraduate studies at Castleton University.
After nearly a decade of commitment, loyalty, and service to the Firm's clients, Chad was promoted to a named partner in 2005.
Chad is a key contributor to the firm's municipal services division.
In addition he oversees all condominium and homeowner association engagements.

During his professional tenure, he has worked for three of the state's leading municipal sector CPA firms; and for five years served as the Town Accountant for the Town of Canton, Massachusetts.
Paul has provided services to the Firm's municipal clients since 2009, and was promoted to partner in 2016.
Paul provides services exclusively to the firm's municipal services division.

Terenzio is a 1995 graduate of Bryant University and has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience in a variety of industries including municipal services, high-tech manufacturing, software, services and condominium associations.
Prior to joining Roselli, Clark & Associates in 2008, Terenzio spent 8 years in private industry in senior financial roles (including CFO) for high-tech companies ranging in size from startups to a global high-tech manufacturer with over $1.2 billion in annual revenues.
