Haydee began her career at one of the former "big eight" US accounting and professional services firm. Prior to CCBP, she was a Senior Partner at Suarez, Ceballos, Ortiz & Vega CPAs for over 25 years. She has been very involved in the Miami-Dade community for many years. Haydee is a past President of the Cuban American Certified Public Accountants Association.
She was a member of the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade (Jackson Memorial Hospital Governing Board) for nine years where she also served as Treasurer and as Chairperson of the Finance Committee for two years. Haydee is a past Treasurer of the Cuban Museum of Arts and Culture.
