Jim Meehan & Son is family owned and operated. Specializing in individual and small business tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll services in and around Keene, NH. My father started his first bookkeeping company in 1964 in Long Island, NY. He knew a uniform system would not fit the needs of individual clients. As a solution, my father treated each client as though they were his only and customized his practice to fit their individual needs.
A practice my father brought with him when he made the move to the Monadnock Region. I began working with my father in 2012 and continued up until he retired in 2017. It was an honor to work along side him for as long as I did and learn from him. The greatest lesson he taught me was, there is no such thing as a small client. Everybody deserves to be treated with the same professionalism and more importantly, as a friend.
Money causes stress no matter how much of it a person has, we do everything we can to relieve some of that stress no matter the situation the person finds themselves in.
