Mrs. Vaughn, the owner of VAS. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelors in Accounting and later earned a MBA from Grantham University. She has over 30 years of experience as an accountant and auditor in the federal government. She also has experience as a Jani-King Franchisee serving as the Financial Officer for over 5 years resulting in her obtaining valuable insight on the issues that small business owners need to consider.

VAS had the idea of educating the small business owner early in the process of establishing a business. VAS takes pleasure in working with small business owners and individuals to assist them in preparing their tax returns. VAS operates with the aim that clients should understand the rules which will assist them in making the best management decision for their business.
