Mr. Rowles was not only a practicing attorney-at-law, but also spent several years with the Maryland State Bank Commissioner as Senior Bank Examiner.
His experience, coupled with his skills as an instructor of accounting at The Johns Hopkins University, provided the foundation for the development of his accounting practice.
In its early years, Rowles & Company, LLP primarily offered auditing, accounting, and tax services to commercial banks.
