Assistance with audits of various tax returns, financial statements, and various insurance policies. Assistance and oversight of the creation of wills and trusts and related assistance in estate administration and filings with appropriate courts and regulatory authorities (legal services provided by 3rd party). Lisa has been with the Weiss Advisory Group since 2006, and is our lead tax specialist.
She began her accounting career as a staff accountant for Avon Products, Inc. She then moved into the public accounting sector, and prior to joining our firm, worked for two local CPA firms, both based in Westchester County. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Pace University. She has over twenty years of experience, working closely with individuals and small businesses to deal with all areas of accounting and tax planning.
Lisa is also a public notary and currently working on becoming an enrolled agent. In addition to his role as consultant to Weiss Financial Group, he sits on the Board of Directors for the Putnam County Savings Bank and Putnam County Housing.
