Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly for recurring work.
We require payment upon receipt for one time work such as tax preparation or consulting services.
IRS representation will require a retainer before services are preformed.
All standard forms of payment are accepted including credit cards.
We are available during normal business hours, which are 8:30 to 4:00, Monday through Thursday.
We would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.
During tax season we are open Monday through Friday 8:00 to 7:00 and Saturdays from 8:00 to 6:00 by appointment only.
