I met Jennifer Phipps when she was the Tax Director for I-Trax (CHD Meridian) in 2008 when the business was acquired by Walgreens.
Jennifer played the lead role on the integration of this business and two other acquisitions that closed in 2008. She built a strong team in Nashville/Franklin and was an incredible mentor and coach to her team there, as well as the team in Deerfield, Illinois. As we moved forward, Jennifer became an invaluable member of our tax leadership team and played a lead role on both planning and acquisitions.
She partnered with the insurance and treasury teams to implement and operate a captive insurance company in Vermont.

I am a graduate of Tennessee Tech University, and I am so proud to be back in this area to start my own firm.
