Randy graduated from Shorter University in 1980 with a BS in accounting.
He became a certified public accountant in 1987 and is certified in financial forensics as of 2008. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Randy is married to the former Kathy Toles. They have two daughters and four grandchildren. His family attends New Armuchee Baptist Church.
Randy enjoys all sports especially hunting. Kim Hart-Poole graduated from Troy University with a BS in accounting. She also received her AA from Bainbridge State College. She became certified as a public accountant in 2010 and a chartered global management accountant in 2012.
