Jeff is a CPA licensed in the state of Maryland. As the founder and Shareholder of his firm, he is responsible for the accounting and tax needs of his diverse client base. As an added bonus, we will give you one of our cute mascots! Prior to starting his own firm, Jeff was with both a large regional and a small local accounting firm. He has also served as a controller of an international fabric and notions distributor.

During his career, he has had responsibility for a wide range of closely held businesses. His industry expertise includes wholesale distribution, retail, real estate, manufacturing, personal service and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Jeff has extensive experience in computer consulting and personal financial planning. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

He has served in the capacity of Treasurer at his synagogue and is currently a member of its finance committee. Mr. Baer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in 1987 and became a Certified Public Accountant immediately thereafter.
