Today, he supervises the accounting and auditing practice of DeMarco Wachter & Co. and its compliance with professional standards.
A member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, he has held a number of positions within the PICPA.
These include President, President-Elect, Secretary Treasurer and Ethics Committee Member.
Dale earned a B.S in Accounting as well as an MBA from Gannon University.

He has worked at various accounting firms in Pennsylvania and New York.
