Irving has over 25 years of strong background in tax, accounting and business planning. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a major in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. Irving started his career in public accounting in New York City as an Audit Intern at Eisner LLP in 1988. Irving first became a CPA in New York in 1994.
When Irving moved to Pasadena, California in 1996, Irving transferred his CPA license to California and worked in private accounting. He held positions in publicly-traded and privately-held companies such as the Controller of Forever 21(R), Controller and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf(R), Accounting Manager of Health Valley Foods(R) and Sr. Financial Analyst at Nestle(R).
