Services
Can you effectively represent yourself to the IRS? Receiving a notice from the Internal Revenue Service is stressful, as most taxpayers do not have the knowledge or experience needed to gather and communicate the required information to tax authorities.
We have the knowledge base necessary to present your situation to the IRS in the event that you receive an IRS notice or audit.
Proper representation often makes the difference between an equitable agreement, and one that costs you far too much money.
Since 1993, R-First Bookkeeping has serviced small businesses throughout the San Joaquin County.
While enjoying the challenge of working and assisting business owners with their consulting and bookkeeping needs.
Originally Rose Marie started her own bookkeeping business to supplement her income; after a year and a half she increased her client base and began working full time.
At the time she opened her business, she had worked in the construction industry for over 20 years.
She had a heavy emphasis on bidding projects, construction coordinator as well as working in the accounting department.
Claiming a child can provide significant tax benefits.
When couples divorce or separate, or even if the parents were never married, the question arises: who gets to claim the kids?
This sometimes presents a nightmare for tax preparers.
This is because often both parents will claim the same child, and in this modern era of e-filing, the first one to file and claim the child will be accepted for e-file and the second to file will be rejected regardless of who is rightfully entitled to claim the child.
