Mimi grew up in Toronto, Canada and received her Business Management Honors Associates Degree from Humber College.
While living in Canada, she managed airport operations for Eastern Airlines at the Toronto International Airport and supervised terminal operations for Lockheed Air Terminal, the first privately owned and operated airport terminal in Canada.
