A family CPA business since 1945, we are Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planner Professionals, CPA/PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and a J.D. (Tax).

We are AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), AAA-CPA (American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants) and NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals) members, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with IRS PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) registrations - offering accounting, tax preparation, consulting, and fee-only financial planning services designed to meet the needs of individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses.

We are problem solvers providing services, not selling products.Our client base represents a cross section of taxpayers, self-employed, home-based businesses, small-to-medium size family and/or closely held businesses in numerous industries.

They include service-based professionals, attorneys, physicians, veterinarians, professional handlers, contractors, manufacturers, wholesale distributors, retailers, automotive service providers, the recreational industry, nurseries, landscapers, real estate brokers, stock investors, corporate executives, bankers, trust and estate managers and others.
Services
Chuck graduated from St. Joseph's Prep and LaSalle University and is a member of the AICPA, plus the NJ and PA State CPA Societies.
He is the son of William J. O'Malley Jr., PA, EA, an alumnus of St. Joseph's Prep and University, who created a Public Accounting Firm in 1945.
We are still serving successors of his original clients.
Chuck has seven years of private industry, manufacturing company experience including controllerships.
He has performed accounting and tax assignments for Fortune 500 companies and their board members, plus many small and medium-sized, closely-held and family-owned businesses.
Mariette graduated from Cinnaminson High School, LaSalle University, Rutgers University Law School, Tax honors program, and is a member of the AICPA, NJ State CPA Society, and the American Association Attorney CPA's.
Mariette represents the third generation of O'Malley's to practice public accounting.
Mariette has lectured and consulted on family business problems, mergers and acquisitions, real estate swaps, retirement and estate planning, divorce strategy and other areas that commingle taxation and law.
David graduated from Cinnaminson High School and continued his education at LaSalle University where he graduated with a dual major in Marketing and Accounting.
David joined O'Malley & O'Malley, LLP after working in the building material sales industry for ten years.
His background in contract sales and the construction industry has been invaluable to our clients.
David works extensively with setting up accounting systems for business clients, including training and their ongoing accounting and tax needs.
Kathy graduated from Gweynedd Mercy, is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and is a member of the National Society of Public Accountants.
Kathy is a New Jersey Licensed Public Accountant and has manufacturing industry experience.
She is the daughter of D.J. Alexander, an upstate New York farmer, University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School graduate, inventor, entrepreneur and manufacturer of stainless steel washroom equipment.
In addition to maintaining the firm's records, Kathy provides accounting, payroll and tax services for business and individual clients.
Jay is a graduate of Moorestown High School and Wake Forest University.
He is a New Jersey Licensed Public Accountant, and a member of the National Society of Accountants and the New Jersey Association of Public Accountants.
He is the son of Harry Conway who served a career in finance and banking, and Rebecca Conway who was a Moorestown school teacher.
While attending Wake Forest University, Jay was enrolled in their R.O.T.C. program.
After college, Jay served in the United States Army attaining the rank of Captain, and continued to serve in the Army Reserve.
