After 10 years with a regional accounting firm, Tadd opened his own practice to cater to the individual needs of his clients. Aside from the six years Tadd served in the Navy working as an Engineering Laboratory Technician in the Navy's Nuclear Power Program, Tadd has been a lifelong Chico resident. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
