Richard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drexel University in 1987 and is certified in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Richard is active in the local community and has served on the Board of Kendal Crosslands Communities for 12 years.
He is currently the Clerk (Chair) of the Board of Directors.
