A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Ms. Rhea specializes in individual tax preparation, planning and consulting for young and growing families, established small business owners and baby boomers looking towards retirement. Ms. Rhea brings 25 years of tax experience to the table. After serving in associate positions and then acquiring a CPA firm, she founded Chandler Rhea, CPA, LLC to help clients with their individual tax needs.
Since starting her firm in 2004, Ms. Rhea has helped clients solve their tax problems and implement tax planning. Prior to starting Chandler Rhea, CPA, LLC, Marcia Rhea served as a registered financial advisor with HD Vest. Through her ten-year association with the national investment firm, she planned and implemented tax and retirement strategies for hundreds of clients.
Her tenure with the company earned her a HD Vest National Service Award for her outstanding service to her clients. Ms. Rhea graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. degree from The College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.
