We understand that everyone wants to get their taxes filed as soon as possible, therefore, please keep in mind the deadlines listed above. If, for any reason, you need to file on time, please plan accordingly and be aware there may be an additional fee if you have to be put ahead of other returns in the queue. Keep in mind, we will not start working on your tax return until we have a complete tax package.

Please plan accordingly in order to be filed on time and not put on extension. AOB is all about helping business owners streamline their bookkeeping and accounting processes, provide accounting support and practical solutions. We provide training to empower business owners in financial matters, as well as develop fraud protection plans for small business.

Services
Her dream involved being more client-focused rather than numbers focused; an oddity amongst other accounting firms, but a holistic approach to financial and tax needs was something she felt was needed in the 21st century.
In addition to the usual services such as bookkeeping, payroll, business and personal taxes, Kim likes to provide coaching.
So many things go into a person's relationship with money that coaching is an important component to the services Accounting Outside the Box offers.
Afterall, knowing a client's finances inside and out is more than just number crunching, but a personal inside look at our clients' lives.
I believe in the red carpet treatment for my clients.
I have over 20 years experience with tax and accounting.
I am a BBA graduate from Averett University and have my Masters in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.
I am not your typical accountant and I wanted my company name to reflect that.
I believe that personal service is a lost art in the accounting profession and I endeavor to bring that back.
I believe that accessibility is key to success.
I am not merely a number cruncher; I am people-oriented and enjoy getting to know my clients face to face.
Here is a basic checklist that will aid you in gathering your tax documents for your 2020 tax return.
If you are a new client, I will need to make a copy of your social security card, and driver's license.
If you are a new client, I will need social security cards and birth dates for you and your dependents.
If you had a new baby, I will need a copy of the social security card and birth certificate.
Records of other income which could include: unemployment, state tax refunds, gambling income & losses, spousal support/alimony received, jury duty, hobby income/expenses, prizes and awards.
For the first four months of the new year, we have a lot of fun working around the clock for all our clients to ensure we do our best work and that we do it accurately.
As is the nature of the beast, though, that means working on several clients returns each and every day until the end of tax season.
Busy, busy time!
Not only are we working on tax returns, we're doing payroll, bookkeeping and other fun and exciting accounting projects.
Therefore, please keep in mind that we do work on a first come, first serve basis.
