It was founded in 1973 by Mary Scheidel.
She started her career as an auditor for the IRS before opening her own firm.
Mary was originally from Illinois and has operated locations in Arizona, Mississippi, Florida and Ohio.
Her daughter Katie joined the team in 1996 and helped to grow the Ohio location to over 2000 clients.
Katie earned her B.S. in Forensic Accounting while living in Columbus, Ohio.
She met her husband there and they have a blended family of six daughters.
