Steve graduated from Temple University with a BBA in accounting with a minor in economics and has been practicing public accounting since 1973.
He is a member of AICPA and PICPA. In addition to handling medical and legal practices, Steve is involved with closely held family businesses in the automobile, computer, and distribution industries. Steve and his wife Susan have two married children who are independent professionals and five fantastic grandchildren. Phil and his wife, Pennye, are the proud parents of three children (three independent college graduates).
They both share their knowledge and expertise in leadership or advisory positions to various not for profit organizations.
